Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is the technique of applying vitamins, minerals, amino acids or enzymes alone or generally in a mixture to the middle layer of the skin by microinjection. The substances to be injected are selected according to the person and the wishes of the person. Mesotherapy can be used for skin tightening, lifting, anti-aging, spot treatment, scar treatment in the face area.

Mesotherapy in the face area is most often used for mesolifting. The effect is achieved by injecting fillers such as vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid into a special mixture and injecting them into the lower layers of the skin.

The aim is to restore the skin’s lost firmness, moisture and vitality, thus creating a lifting effect. Medicines that are applied to the surface such as daily cream and serum used for this purpose cannot be effective because they cannot penetrate the lower layers of the skin in sufficient quantities. In mesotherapy, the substances needed by the skin can be given directly to the desired area and to the desired depth, in the required amount.

With mesotherapy, the skin can benefit from effective substances in a short time. In addition, since the drugs are given in very small amounts, the possibility of side effects of the substances used is reduced. Facial mesotherapy (mesolifting) is an anti-aging treatment that renews the skin and is effective on skin wrinkles and skin sagging. It stimulates collagen synthesis in the skin, provides tightening and shine. After facial mesotherapy, the skin looks fresher and rested. Elasticity of the skin increases and skin sagging decreases. Wrinkles are lightened. The skin becomes brighter.

Its healing effect is especially evident in middle-aged and older people, smokers, exposed to the harmful effects of the sun, worn skin, people who do not pay attention to their nutrition and sleep patterns, and people who have complaints such as dryness or sagging.

In addition, regular mesotherapy before the effects of wear on the skin begin, and before wrinkles and lines are formed, will make the skin look younger, lively and healthy.

Apart from the lifting effect in the face area, mesotherapy can also be applied as under-eye lightening mesotherapy. Cocktails consisting of some specially prepared amino acids and vitamins can be applied to revitalize the eye area, to remove small wrinkles, bruises and dark circles.

It is usually a painless procedure. Afterwards, we can return to our daily life immediately, but rarely, small redness or temporary bruises can be seen at the application points. It is recommended to apply 2-3 sessions with 1-2 week intervals. Afterwards, additional sessions may be required at certain intervals. Its effect starts to appear after the second session.

İBichectomy, which is one of the aesthetic operations frequently applied by those who want to achieve an ideal facial appearance, is applied to make the facial features proportional. In some cases, even if the person is at the ideal weight, they may appear overweight due to the fat ratio in the existing facial structure. The adipose tissue in the middle of the cheeks is called buccal adipose tissue. This adipose tissue, located between the facial muscles, is anatomically located in the lower region of the cheekbones and is thought to contribute to sucking functions in infants. The size of this fat tissue is one of the factors affecting the size of the face. Buccal adipose tissue generally tends to decrease with aging.

In the face area, especially on the lips, we often use fillers called hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is actually the building blocks in our body that show water retention. With the effect of age and environmental factors, this substance causes some changes in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, which manifests itself with loss of volume. Simply put, we aim to increase the amount of this water-holding molecule in our body with filler injections.
